Question about RSPS clients

Well this is kind of a random question but,

I remember a while ago I knew how to edit a private server client so I would always talk IN-GAME in a certain color, like cyan, white, red, etc. It's like a feature normally in cheat clients but I remember there was something you could edit in a game client. Correct me if I'm wrong though...

I know you can change the background of a client, but I don't know where you could change the colors, it is possible though.

Yeah I remember reading a tutorial and doing it, but I dont know how to put into words what to search on google to find the old tutorial.

EDIT: Actually never mind, I remember now.
